Dear Parent or Guardian:
Your child uses a software program called Renaissance Place at school. This program has a special feature called Renaisance Home Connect, in which you and your student can access outside of school from any computer with an Internet connection. Renaissance Home Connect is fun and easy to use. It allows the teacher, you and your student to share information about student's progress in Accelerated Reader.
In the past the password to log on has been TIGER. THE PASSWORD HAS BEEN CHANGED TO YOUR STUDENT'S PERMANENT ID NUMBER. When you log on you will no longer use TIGER, but use your student's ID#. If you do not know the ID# please feel free to call the office at 714-375-6226.

If you'd like to receive emails showing your student's quiz or test results, click the Email Setup link in Renaissance Home Connect and follow the directions. To be sure these emails reach your inbox, add firstname.lastname@example.org to your address book.

Tamura Running Club
The OC Marathon Foundation is excited to host the 10th Annual Kids Run the OC Training Program which involves various elementary schools throughout Orange County. Each school involved in the Training Program will conduct a 10-12-week on-campus Training Program which will begin in February. Participants in the training program ($29.00) will receive:
In order for your child to participate at their school in The OC Marathon Kids Run the OC Training program, you can register online. A program registration fee of $29.00 should be included with the registration form and waivers. Once a school reaches the 30 participant threshold, participants that register on line and identify their school in the space provided are eligible for a $5.00 refund of the race registration fee to their school. To register online, please visit http://www.kidsruntheocmarathon.org and click on the Register Online button for the Kids Run the OC Marathon 2014. Online registration is open until March 1, 2014 ($31.25 online fee).
